Dear Ms Roetto, I wanted to say Thank You for all you have done to help me out this year. When I signed up for yoga, I had no idea that there was another side of it that didn’t involve physical activity. Mindfulness has helped me reduce my stress and anxiety about school, and for that I am grateful. Thank you for also comforting me and helping me get through the situation with my friend! Overall, THANKS so much! (you’re my favorite teacher)
